Job Summary

El Bosque Gourmet is seeking a qualified and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business-performance analysis.

The successful candidate will analyze financial and operational data, monitor costs and profitability, prepare management reports, and provide insights that support informed business decisions across production, inventory, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management presentations.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, and operating performance.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Monitor presente financial results against budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze production costs, inventory costs, and product profitability.
- Assist with cash-flow analysis and financial planning.
- Develop financial models, spreadsheets, and business-performance analyses.
- Prepare financial forecasts based on historical performance and business assumptions.
- Analyze sales trends and their impact on financial performance.
- Work with operations and production teams to understand cost drivers.
- Monitor inventory and identify financial impacts of stock levels and movements.
- Support pricing and profitability analysis for products and customer segments.
- Identify financial trends, variances,



risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular financial reports and KPI dashboards for management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial data and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with accounting, sales, procurement, production, and management teams.
- Recommend process improvements based on financial and operational analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and business-performance data.
- Experience preparing financial models and management reports.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in food production, agriculture, agribusiness,



manufacturing, consumer goods, or specialty food products.
- Knowledge of production costing, inventory valuation, and gross-margin analysis.
- Experience with ERP, accounting, or financial-management systems.
- Familiarity with Chilean accounting and tax environments.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business-intelligence tools.
- Experience supporting FP&A; and strategic financial planning.
- Knowledge of pricing and product profitability analysis.
- Experience working with small or growing businesses.
- Professional English communication skills are an advantage.
