Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to transform business data into meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will work with data from SaaS platforms, HR systems, financial workflows, and business operations while collaborating with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for management and internal teams.
- Analyze operational, financial, HR, and project-management data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Write SQL queries to extract and transform data from databases.
- Use statistical and analytical techniques to identify patterns and anomalies.
- Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable business insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare recurring analytical reports.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, HR, and operations teams.
- Support AI-enhanced analytics and data-driven automation initiatives.
- Identify data-quality issues and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of datasets, reports,



analytical methodologies, and metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist with forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, validation, and analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple analytical projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience working with SaaS,



cloud-based platforms, or enterprise software.
- Knowledge of AI/ML analytics and predictive modeling.
- Experience with financial, HR, project-management, or operational datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data-governance practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple systems.
- Professional English proficiency is an advantage.
