Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to help build, maintain, automate, and improve the infrastructure supporting our cloud-based software platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with software engineers, product teams, and other technical stakeholders to improve deployment processes, system reliability, scalability, monitoring, and security. This role is idóneo for a technically strong professional who enjoys automation, cloud infrastructure, and solving complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated software testing and deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational processes.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and implement effective corrective actions.
- Work with development teams to improve application deployment and operational processes.
- Manage containerized applications and orchestration environments.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code practices and maintain deployment configurations.
- Support cloud security, access controls,



backups, and disaster-recovery processes.
- Maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability systems.
- Identify infrastructure bottlenecks and opportunities for performance and cost optimization.
- Document infrastructure architecture, procedures, deployment workflows, and operational standards.
- Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.
- Stay current with emerging DevOps, cloud, automation, and infrastructure technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and containerized application environments.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Experience with Git and modern software-development workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of cloud security, access management,



and infrastructure best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with software developers and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack, or other monitoring and observability platforms.
- Experience with cloud databases, storage, networking, and serverless services.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and automated security practices.
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure costs and performance.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience supporting SaaS or multi-tenant applications.
- Previous experience in real-estate technology, property management software, fintech, or SaaS is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills are an advantage.
