About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Coordinator to join our team in Chile.

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects by coordinating schedules, resources, documentation, stakeholders, and day-to-day activities. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and project partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities from planning through completion.
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, status updates, and documentation.
- Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Support Project Managers with planning, administration, and reporting.
- Ensure project activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and deadlines.




- Coordinate multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Requirements

- Degree or technical qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and project-management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Spanish proficiency required; English is an advantage.
