McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest, has an opening for a Regional Sales Manager position. The idóneo candidate will be based within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR), centrally located to support customers and operations throughout Eastern Missouri, Southern Illinois, Western Kentucky and Southwestern Indiana.

The Regional Sales Manager will coordinate, create, and implement processes, strategies, and best practices to attain industry leading market share and revenues. Forecast, spec, and plan inventory accurately to address market changes, including trend-based analysis to ensure “First to Market” positioning. Manage MCF’s vision for sales growth while maintaining key input and relationships with key accounts/industry organizations. Be a key liaison with John Deere on whole good programs and strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):

- Drive regional sales growth, market share, and profitability.

- Lead inventory planning, forecasting, and allocation strategies.

- Partner with branch, territory, and regional leadership to achieve sales goals.

- Recruit, train,



and develop high-performing sales teams.

- Manage relationships with John Deere, key accounts, and industry partners.

- Lead regional marketing initiatives, sales training, and growth programs.

- Promote collaboration, operational excellence, and company culture across regions.

Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:

- Extensive sales and management experience required

- Experience with dealership financial statements

- Strong PC proficiency required

- Leadership experience in a team environment

- Effective communication and public speaking skills

- Bachelor’s degree required
