SAP Customer Engagement Executive (CEE)

Responsibilities

This is a key role for maintaining contracts under the CCFLEX model, specifically where SNP holds the software adoption contract.

The primary function is to act as a trusted advisor to the client following the software purchase.

The role focuses on ensuring client adoption and usage by:

- Guaranteeing that the client implements, actively uses, and fully leverages the value of the contracted solutions.
- Lifecycle orchestration: Guiding the client through the contractual journey,



from initial onboarding to contract renewal prior to the expiration date.
- Opportunity identification: Detecting new business needs to propose software expansions or upgrades (upselling).

Requirements

- SAP-certified CEE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Account Management, Service Delivery, or similar roles, preferably within the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience in managing and monitoring the customer lifecycle, identifying needs, risks, opportunities, and required actions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ability to track and manage commitments, services, deliverables, KPIs, and customer satisfaction levels.
