Cloud FinOps Analyst

About the Role

The Cloud FinOps Analyst will focus on financial modelling and business case development for AI and technology initiatives. The role will also assess cloud and FinOps costs, unit economics, benefits, return on investment, and value realization. This position requires sufficient technology and cloud knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering and transformation teams. It will also contribute to KPI dashboards and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop financial models and business cases for AI and technology initiatives.
- Analyse cloud and FinOps costs and unit economics.
- Track benefits, measure ROI, and assess value realization.
- Develop KPI dashboards and executive reports.
- Work with engineering and transformation teams on technology and cloud-related analysis.

Required Skills

- FinOps Engineer or FinOps Professional certification.
- Expert-level financial modelling and business case development experience, with 5 years of experience.




- Expert-level cloud and FinOps cost analysis and unit economics experience, with 8 years of experience.
- Expert-level KPI dashboard development and executive reporting experience, with 5 years of experience.
- Expert-level technology and cloud knowledge, with 5 years of experience.

FinOps Responsibilities
