The role acts as deputy to the Site Chief of Nursing Services, working with the Site Director and Chief of Medical Services to deliver safe, patient-centred care and workforce development.
You will contribute to governance, clinical standards, and corporate objectives while guiding policy and practice at site and NHS Lanarkshire level.
