On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies , we are looking for an experienced Customs Clearance Manager.

? Requirements:

- Advanced English proficiency – mandatory

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customs Clearance, Supply Chain or Freight Forwarding in Chile

• Strong knowledge of Chilean Customs procedures and regulations

• Experience handling import, export, re-export and transit shipments

- Knowledge of customs documentation and clearance procedures
- Experience coordinating with customs agencies, logistics providers, suppliers and internal teams
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in international logistics and supply chain operations will be highly valued

? Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee customs clearance operations for import, export, re-export and transit shipments





• Ensure compliance with Chilean customs regulations and internal company policies

- Coordinate with customs agencies, freight forwarders, logistics providers and government authorities

• Review and ensure accuracy of customs documentation and shipping records

• Monitor customs clearance processes and resolve operational issues to ensure timely and efficient cargo release

• Coordinate with internal Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and Logistics teams

- Track shipments, clearance status, costs and potential customs-related risks

• Identify opportunities to optimize customs and logistics processes , reducing delays and operational costs

- Support the implementation and improvement of supply chain and customs procedures
