Job Summary
BatchData is looking for a WordPress Administrator to own the day-to-day administration of batchdata.io, our marketing landing site. The site is how prospects find us, learn what our products do, and convert into demos and signups, so it has to be fast, accurate, discoverable, and always up.

You will build and maintain pages on our Elementor-based site — existing pages are built with Elementor, while new pages are developed as HTML and inserted within the Elementor plugin — keep site content current and correct as our products evolve, and own the technical SEO foundation of the site: XML sitemaps, Google Search Console, structured data, and the plugins and tools we use to improve search rankings. You will also manage our Google Tag Manager container, which carries all of the third-party tracking scripts we rely on for ad campaign performance and conversion tracking.

This is not just a content role.



A significant share of the work is server-side technical administration: diagnosing plugin conflicts, and managing the multi-layer caching stack — Cloudflare at the edge, Varnish and the Breeze page cache at the origin, Redis object caching behind them — that keeps load off the WordPress origin server. When a page bypasses the cache and renders from scratch, or a plugin interaction breaks minified assets, you are expected to diagnose and resolve it on your own, working from response headers and logs rather than guesswork.

In a typical week you might launch a new landing page for a campaign, trace why query-string URLs are bypassing every cache layer and reaching PHP, fix a sitemap duplication issue flagged in Search Console, optimize oversized images hurting mobile page speed, deploy a new conversion tag in GTM, and keep WordPress core, themes, and plugins updated and licensed.
