Chile's Drive the Future Program is designed to strengthen JPMorganChase's early‐career talent pipeline by attracting and developing recent graduates with their first professional experience.
Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture.
They will also gain exposure to the firm's culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network.

In this opportunity, the Asset Management team is looking for a new team member.
The primary role of the trainee is to support the Sales Team with the coverage of the clients in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay.
The trainee will also learn about the Asset Management Industry.
Job Responsibilities
Build market intelligence reports for the Pension Fund industry and others.
Summarize and present macroeconomics and markets views




Build agendas for investment roadshows.
Learn how to use Morningstar and Bloomberg for funds analysis and how to position JPMorgan Funds and ETFs.
Help our Luxembourg client onboarding team understanding client's structure and relevant information.
Understand the investment strategies JPMAM offers and prepare investment cases.
Interact with our internal teams located around the world.
Candidates should be responsible, organized, proactive and have a strong desire to succeed and to achieve goals in a consistent and timely manner.
Job Requirements
Full‐time availability to work in person
Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) of Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineer or related.
Advanced English Level.
Results‐driven, "can‐do" attitude with a focus on execution and delivery
Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Team‐oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills
Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
Strong data skills, including proficiency in
Excel
and working knowledge of
Power BI
and/or
SQL
, to analyze and interpret data to support decision‐making
Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem‐solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
