Bluelight seeks a Business Analyst to turn business problems into buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring deliveries solve the underlying problem.
You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight’s internal products, helping scope and estimate new projects while coordinating with stakeholders globally.
