Prime Estimation Services S.A. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Specialist to join our team in Santiago, Chile. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, administering, and monitoring contracts related to construction, engineering, technology, and consulting projects.

The idóneo candidate will have strong knowledge of contract administration, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to identify contractual risks while supporting the company's commercial and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, amendments, and related documentation.
- Ensure contracts accurately reflect agreed commercial and project requirements.
- Monitor contract terms, obligations, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
- Identify contractual risks, inconsistencies, and potential compliance issues.
- Support contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, consultants, and business partners.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, project management, and operations teams.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
- Track changes, renewals, extensions, notices, and contractual milestones.
- Assist with resolving contractual disputes and commercial issues.
- Review invoices, payment terms, change orders, and other contract-related financial matters.
- Prepare contract summaries, reports, and management updates.
- Ensure contract administration follows company policies and applicable Chilean laws and regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Contract Management, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract administration,



contract management, procurement, commercial operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial agreements, and contract-management processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and document-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate actions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Chilean commercial and contractual requirements is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with construction, engineering, technology, or consulting contracts.
- Experience managing contracts for large projects or corporate clients.
- Familiarity with procurement and vendor-management processes.
- Knowledge of change orders, claims, variations, and contract amendments.
- Experience using contract-management or document-management systems.
- Familiarity with project-management methodologies.
- Professional-level English is an advantage for working with international clients and suppliers.
