In this role, you'll build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll turn our existing client base and our sales collateral into a genuine growth lever for the company. This is your opportunity to inherit an experienced team of about eight people across three functions, define the strategy yourself, and work with executives across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.

What You'll Do:

- Own product marketing hands-on, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans for our service lines and new offerings, and maintaining competitive intelligence on competitors.

- Lead the Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, setting the positioning and messaging frameworks briefing and quality standards, and delivering pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and proposals that Sales measurably uses.

- Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell and cross-sell campaigns, executive events, client references, and advocacy programs with revenue targets agreed with Sales and Client Engagement.

- Build the new area by hiring,



defining KPIs such as collateral adoption by Sales, influenced pipeline, and revenue from existing accounts, and reporting results to the CMO and executive team.

- Partner with Sales leadership to identify win-rate gaps by segment and close them through messaging, collateral, and enablement.

What we are looking for:

- 8+ years of overall B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Director, owning positioning, messaging, and launches at a B2B company.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.

- Experience in customer marketing, including upsell/cross-sell campaigns, client case studies and references, client events and webinars, and ABM to existing accounts.

- Proficiency in copy management, including briefing, editing, and quality control of B2B copy, and managing writers.

Nice to have:

- Background in IT services, nearshore software outsourcing, or IT staffing (e.g., Globant, EPAM, Endava, Toptal, Thoughtworks, Accenture).

- Experience building a marketing function or team from zero inside a company of 1,000+ employees.

- Prior experience reporting directly to a CMO or sitting on an executive leadership team.
