Senior Director, International Market Development & Strategic Partnerships

Easymetering is seeking a senior international executive to open markets and build the partnerships required to scale AMI 2.0, Grid Edge AI and digital infrastructure solutions globally.

What you will own

- Create market-entry strategies and qualified pipelines across priority international regions.
- Build relationships with utilities, regulators, telecom operators, technology companies and channel partners.
- Convert strategic engagement into POCs, lighthouse deployments and scalable commercial programs.
- Coordinate commercial, regulatory, technical and partner workstreams with the Integral CEO and country leadership.
- Maintain disciplined opportunity governance, executive communication and CRM visibility.

What we are looking for

- At least 10 years in international business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise technology or infrastructure.




- Demonstrated cross-border market creation and complex partnership results.
- Strong understanding of at least two relevant sectors: utilities, telecom, semiconductors, edge technology, cloud, IoT or digital infrastructure.
- C1 English and fluent Spanish. Portuguese is desirable.
- Availability to travel internationally approximately 40 to 60 percent.

The position offers a performance-oriented compensation structure combining fixed compensation with incentives linked to strategic milestones, market development and commercial results. The compensation structure is designed to evolve as the international business scales, with the potential for broader executive and long-term incentives subject to company performance and corporate approvals.
