APCOPCM Solutions S.A. is looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our technology team in Santiago, Chile. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining reliable web applications and software solutions that support data-center infrastructure, network integration, and managed IT services.

The idóneo candidate has strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, understands modern software-development practices, and can work effectively in a security-conscious and enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Develop secure and scalable back-end services, APIs, and integrations.
- Work with databases to design, query, and optimize data storage solutions.
- Integrate third-party services and internal systems through APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
- Perform code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security practices.
- Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, network, and project teams.
- Participate in software architecture and technical planning.
- Document applications, APIs, development processes, and technical solutions.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements when needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Software Developer, Web Developer, or similar role.




- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end development skills using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or .NET.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.
- Understanding of software-development lifecycle and testing practices.
- Knowledge of web application security and secure coding principles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing enterprise or mission-critical applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, or compliance requirements.
- Experience working with data-center, networking, infrastructure, or managed IT environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
