one of the largest players in traditional remittances, and now we are focused on making

online money transfers simple and accessible to everyone.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own how Ria Digital prices money transfers.

Ria Digital sends money to more than 190 countries and territories. Every corridor has

its own competitors, its own customer behaviour and its own margin structure. Your job

is to find the opportunities in that, and to build the product and the evidence that act

on them.

This is a highly analytical role. You will work with pricing, competitor and customer

data every day. You do not need to write SQL. AI tooling does that. You do need to know

which question to ask, and how to tell when an answer is wrong.

What You Will Do

- Own the strategy and roadmap for our internal pricing product.

- Analyse customer, competitor and market data across sending and receiving markets.

- Understand how customer segments respond to fees and to exchange rate margin.

- Find where our price position helps us, and where it holds us back.





- Design and run pricing experiments across corridors.

- Turn analysis and results into recommendations the business can act on.

- Work with a dedicated engineering team to build what the product needs.

What We Are Looking For

- You have owned a product, a tool or an analysis where you made the call. You know what

happened to the number afterwards.

- You can define a success metric and a guardrail metric for a change, and explain why

you chose those two.

- You can look at a number and tell when it is wrong. You check the definition before

you trust the figure.

- You can work well with stakeholders across several regions, and hold a position with

them.

- You are comfortable making a recommendation before all the answers exist.

- Fluent English. You will work with colleagues in several regions every week.

You do not need previous pricing experience. We are interested in analytical judgement,

curiosity, initiative and the ability to grow into a pricing expert here. We are open on

experience level.
