Liberty Mutual Surety has an excellent opportunity in Santiago de Chile for a Compliance Analyst. In this role, you will provide operational support to the Compliance function, handling routine regulatory inquiries, reporting follow-up, PEP/KYC records, controls, and documentation management.

Job Summary

The Compliance Analyst provides operational support to the Compliance function,



handling routine regulatory inquiries, reporting follow-up, PEP/KYC records, controls, and documentation management. The role also supports insider information procedures, audit requests, and the periodic review of the Crime Prevention Model. The Analyst is expected to work with diligence, confidentiality, accuracy, and timely execution.

Job Responsibilities
- Handles, under limited supervision, simple local regulatory inquiries and complaints ensuring responses, follow-ups, and related documentation are prepared accurately, in a timely manner
- Support the follow-up of regulatory reporting obligations, including the collection, tracking, validation, and timely submission of information, while ensuring proper recordkeeping.
- Process, maintain, and periodically update PEP-related customer records and other relevant AML/KYC information, as well as perform testing and execute relevant controls, ensuring data integrity
