Client Services Coordinator

Role Purpose:

Act as the primary point of contact for client-related administrative matters, supporting client relationships through effective communication, administration, maintenance of service standards, and collaboration with Client Managers and Key Account teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client-related issues, primarily administrative matters.
- Respond to client queries while liaising at all levels within LRQA worldwide and within clients’ business operations.
- Support the administration and maintenance of service standards.
- Accurately prepare and maintain customer information in online databases.
- Meet with clients as required to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Work with Client Managers and Key Account teams as appropriate.

What You’ll Bring:
- Experience serving as a point of contact for client-related issues.




- Ability to respond to client queries and liaise at all levels within LRQA and client organizations.
- Experience supporting the administration and maintenance of service standards.
- Ability to accurately prepare and maintain customer information in online databases.
- Experience meeting with clients to maintain customer satisfaction.
