Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable government legislation, local health requirements, and World Courier procedures.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all applicable depot activities.
- Manage product status changes both physically and systematically, according to client instructions and internal procedures.
- Perform quality checks related to relabeling activities when there is no local Quality representative or when assigned by the Quality Department, in accordance with applicable local regulations.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the clinical protocols and products stored at the depot.




- Provide instructions and guidance to depot personnel regarding applicable product and protocol requirements.
- Review shipment documentation and product arrival conditions.
- Support the organization, maintenance, and accuracy of product-related documentation and records.
- Act as Deputy Depot Pharmacist when required, within the scope of applicable local legislation.
- Conduct periodic depot self-inspections to help ensure that facilities and activities comply with established SOPs.
- Identify and report potential staffing or scheduling issues that may affect depot operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities for which appropriate training has been provided.

Education
- Degree in Pharmacy or diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Educational qualifications must comply with applicable local regulatory requirements in Chile.
- Pharmacist registration with the applicable Ministry of Health, as required by local regulations.
