Position Overview





Fuse Advisors is seeking a proactive and collaborative Management Operating Systems (MOS) Coach to join our growing team. Reporting to the Manager, Management Operating Systems, the MOS Coach will work directly with clients to implement, sustain, and continuously improve their Management Operating Systems.

This role is adecuado for a hands-on operational professional with 7+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or frontline leadership. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, a passion for coaching and capability-building, and an ability to drive behavioral change on the ground.

This is position would require a 2-week on 2-week off rotation to site.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and embedding of Management Operating Systems within client organizations.
- Deliver coaching, training, and facilitation to frontline supervisors
