WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Center Lead Technician to lead the successful delivery of data center infrastructure projects across enterprise, hyperscale, and colocation environments. As the primary owner for implementation activities, you will oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and operational handover of critical infrastructure deployments, ranging from new data center builds and capacity expansions to hardware refreshes, migrations, and technology rollouts.
This role requires a strong blend of project leadership, technical understanding, operational excellence, and stakeholder management. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, logistics, supply chain, facilities, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and
to the highest quality standards. The adecuado candidate thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments and has a proven track record delivering complex infrastructure deployments while driving continuous improvement across implementation processes and standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Site Leadership: Develop and manage the daily execution plan for our on-site team, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and effective communication across teams.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct firsthand inspections and quality checks of in-progress and completed work, intervening as necessary to ensure compliance with delivery
