The purpose of this role is to add capacity that will support current hiring demand while contributing to the development of a standardized, data-driven, technology-enabled Regional Talent Acquisition function, positioned to support Stantec's future growth across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional, technical, and leadership positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Drive BrassRing adoption and leverage data to support hiring decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of Talent Acquisition processes.

Qualifications:





Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, mining, infrastructure, environmental, or consulting organizations is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably BrassRing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience using talent acquisition metrics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
