POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the commercial team in the preparation and management of offers for CHINT power T&D; products, and for managing the information of the commercial area. Reports directly to the Sales Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare, calculate and standardize technical and commercial offers for high and medium voltage equipment.
• Develop and maintain internal quotation tools, both pricing and technical.
• Build local quoting capability to reduce dependency on factory support where possible.
• Follow up on requests sent to the factory: deadlines, quality of responses and clarifications.
• Coordinate with engineering and other areas to consolidate the information required for each offer.
• Manage customer bidding platforms and support supplier qualification and homologation processes.
• Record and safeguard documentation and communications associated with each offer.




• Build and maintain databases and dashboards to support analysis and decision making.
• Maintain the order and structure of the area's information in the cloud.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations and reference material.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Electrical Engineer or related degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical sector.
• Experience preparing offers, quotations or bids for electrical equipment or projects.
• Strong skills in Excel and data management tools.
• Highly organized, systematic, analytical and detail-oriented.
• Ability to coordinate several areas simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• English level B2 or above.–
