Companies bought AI tools. Their people opened them once, got a confident wrong answer, and went back to doing things the old way. Not because the tools are bad. Because nobody was there the next morning when the spreadsheet did something weird.

You are the person who is there the next morning.

A lead in Chicago figures out what is worth changing at each client. You are the team that makes it stick: the named human a paralegal in Chicago messages when the contract comparison comes out wrong, the one who sends back a two-minute video instead of a manual.

AI is going to change office work. Most of the loud talk about it is noise. The real version is quieter: someone who knows the tools, knows what the client allows, and picks up the message fast. That is the job.

This is a high-trust role with real scope, autonomy, and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Help people finish real tasks: Someone messages - "I have three versions of this agreement and I need to know what changed." You don't send a help article.



You say "send it over," do it with them in the tools their company has approved, and show them the pattern so they need you a little less next time. Chat, email, or a short screen share, in US Central hours.
• Know each client's rules cold: Every client has a list of what is allowed. You know it. You never move a client's information into a tool they have not approved.
• Turn repeat questions into something reusable: Keep a plain log. When the same question shows up three times, record a two-minute video or write a one-page guide in their context, with their kind of documents.
• Flag the pattern: When a question keeps coming back no matter how well you answer it, tell the lead. That usually means the workflow is wrong, not the person.
• Back up the in-person teaching: Build examples and materials for the lead's on-site sessions. Follow up with attendees so a good session turns into a habit. Run remote office
