About the Role




We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to lead Prodapt's growth across Latin America, based out of Santiago. This role is central to expanding our IT services footprint — including digital engineering, managed services, network/telecom solutions, and enterprise IT consulting — across key LATAM markets and multiple industry verticals.
You will be responsible for generating new logos, growing strategic enterprise accounts, and building long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT decision-makers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive new enterprise business development for Prodapt's IT services portfolio (application development, managed services, digital transformation, network/telecom engineering, cloud, data) across Panama and assigned LATAM countries.
• Identify and engage large enterprise and mid-market prospects across multiple industry verticals.
