Minimum qualifications:
- Associate's degree, trade school certification, other certified training in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in Controls/Automation/Electrical in an industrial or commercial environment
- Experience in controls, instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems.
- Ability to participate in material handling tasks such as lifting, carrying or moving up to 50 lbs (23 kg) of equipment, the required use of safety equipment such as limited weight bearing work platforms, ladders, step stools and personal protective equipment (PPE) like safety harnesses.
- Ability to work non-standard hours and work rotations/shifts.

Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Controls, Instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems or the equivalent in a critical/construction/high-tech environment.
- Experience in data centers, hospitals, hotel industry, power plants, industrial plants, mining, woodworking,



pulp and paper industry or other mission critical facility maintenance and operational experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and controls systems, including: Chillers, Air handling units and CRAC units; Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units.
- Knowledge of meters, devices, sensors, and troubleshooting utilizing standard hand tools, digital metering, or calibration/diagnostic equipment.
