Description
The Senior HR Analyst primary responsibilities includes managing payroll processes, administering employee benefits programs, reinforcing company policies. Additionally, the Senior HR Analyst will play a key role in developing and implementing engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture, and improve overall employee experience.

Acting as HR Generalist, this position is expected to support the replication of HR programs and practices such as talent management, internal communication and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects Of payroll administration, induding processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for payroll expenses. Analyze payroll data and trends to identify opportunities for cost swings and process improvements.




- Develop and implement engagement activities and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and promote a positive workplace culture, aligned with regional Calendar and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional with the HR COE teams to streamline HR processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity within HRIS systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, leave of absences and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting payroll, benefits, and compensation practices. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Help replicate strategic HR programs that will engage, develop and retain employees.
