As a Business Development Representative at Genesys, you will help create new business opportunities by engaging potential customers through thoughtful, personalized, and multi-channel conversations.

You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, build a high-quality pipeline, and demonstrate how Genesys Cloud and AI-powered customer experience solutions can support digital transformation.

Your responsibilities may include:




- Developing new business opportunities across SOLA (Chile, Argentina, Perú) through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management
- Creating targeted account strategies aligned with territory and regional priorities
- Qualifying marketing-generated leads and turning them into meaningful sales opportunities
- Researching organizations and connecting with key decision-makers across Strategicy Enterprise Accounts
- Partnering with Account Executives on account planning, opportunity identification, and engagement strategies
- Collaborating with Marketing on campaigns, events, Account-Based Marketing initiatives, and follow-up activities
- Working with Sales, Customer Success, Alliances, and Channel teams to identify growth and expansion opportunities
- Communicating the value of Genesys Cloud and AI-powered customer experience solutions
