Work Hours: Adaptable working hours (25, 30, 35 or 40 hours weekly)
Profile: Active undergraduate student in Chile with a background in Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.

The P&G; Chile Internship program offers promising undergraduates the opportunity to grow as business leaders by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger; for a minimum of 6 months at our office located in Santiago de Chile, Chile. You will join one of our departments – Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, or Product Supply – and work on projects during your internship.
Some of your tasks will be:
- Work on key projects that you will own, lead, and deliver from Day 1
- Collaborate with a diverse team of P&Gers; from various backgrounds, nationalities, and markets
- Develop innovative approaches to big problems using creativity and teamwork
- Receive continuous coaching and mentorship from your manager and colleagues
- Contribute to a dynamic and respectful work environment
