The Grand Gardner Hotel is an independent boutique hotel located on a quiet, tree-lined street just steps away from downtown Valparaiso. This part-time position is expected to work approximately 15–25 hours per week, with evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment used in restaurant and banquet operations. This role supports the culinary team by ensuring clean, organized, and properly stocked work areas while adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation standards. The Dishwasher assists with kitchen cleanliness, waste removal, and the proper storage of cleaned items to help ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
