The purpose of this role is to add capacity that will support current hiring demand while contributing to the development of a standardized, data-driven, technology-enabled Regional Talent Acquisition function, positioned to support Stantec's future growth across LATAM.

Key responsibilities include:

-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional, technical, and leadership positions.
-Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
-Drive BrassRing adoption and leverage data to support hiring decisions.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of Talent Acquisition processes.

Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
-7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.
-Experience recruiting for engineering, mining, infrastructure, environmental, or consulting organizations is highly preferred.
-Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably BrassRing.
-Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
-Experience using talent acquisition metrics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
-Familiarity with AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
-Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
