This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Worldwide Tax based in Chile.

This senior leadership role will oversee a global tax function within a growing, acquisition-oriented technology organization. You will shape worldwide tax strategy across U.S. and international taxation, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, tax accounting, and compliance. The role provides direct exposure to senior finance leadership and requires close partnership with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Corporate Development, and international teams. You will lead complex tax planning, cross-border structuring, M&A; due diligence, and integration activities across multiple jurisdictions. The position also carries responsibility for developing a team and managing relationships with major external tax advisors. A key focus will be modernizing tax operations through AI, automation, analytics, and improved data capabilities.

Accountabilities
- Lead the worldwide tax function, covering U.S. federal, state and local, international, transfer pricing, and indirect tax matters.
- Develop and execute integral tax strategies addressing cash taxes, effective tax rate, tax risk, compliance, and business objectives.
- Serve as a senior tax advisor to the CFO and finance leadership on strategic decisions, transactions, and material tax matters.
- Monitor global tax developments and assess their implications for businesses, legal entities, cash flows, and financial statements.
- Partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Corporate Development, and international finance teams.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the internal tax team while managing relationships with external tax advisors worldwide.
