The challenged Ahead
The Manager Engineering leads the development and delivery of engineering strategies, standards, processes, systems and frameworks for capital projects, ensuring that engineering enables safe, efficient and effective construction,
commissioning and operations. The role acts as the single point of accountability for Project Engineering with the Study or Project Manager, integrating scope, cost, schedule, value and risk across the project lifecycle.
Our Project Portfolio currently consists of several Medium and Major Process and Non-Process Infrastructure Projects with a strong concentration of them in the Tailings area. This role will focus on the engineering administration of several of these tailing's projects and their integration in their respective asset.
The role reports to the Director of the Engineering and Quality function.
Where the project or portfolio is in the execution phase, the role may be required to work on a 4x3 roster (Escondida o Spence).
