Job purpose: The Chief of Human Resources Section is responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and supervising the unit's work, while developing and implementing new HR policies and practices to meet organizational needs. This role involves advising senior management on all HR matters, including strategic issues, staff appointments, and staff-management relations. The position also entails representing the organization in negotiations and inter-agency bodies, overseeing recruitment and placement strategies, managing entitlements, and promoting staff development and career support. Additionally, the role involves handling staff welfare, disciplinary matters, job classification, salary surveys,



and utilizing data for planning and decision-making.
