The LCL Analyst is responsible for managing effectively the processes for export/import LCL ocean shipments, ensuring the quality of our service, and giving timely and accurate responses to internal/external customer and service providers.

Handle all local export/import processes for LCL shipments, from shipment logging all until document turn over.

Proactively monitors and manages the end-to-end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures.

Ensures services are delivered to the customers as promised and/or that the customers are kept informed of relevant deviations.





Understands the customers' business drivers and leverages them to continuously improve cooperation and process to the mutual benefit of the company and the customers.

Has responsibility for handling daily Customer Service tasks and interacts with both internal stakeholders as well as External Clients.

Understand claims policy and its impact on company assets and guide customers best possible through any potential claim situation

Understand and be familiar with local KPIs and act in line with set targets. Drive continuous improvements opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
- Represent Maersk to the client in a positive “can do” manner. If specific requests cannot be accommodated identify alternative solutions providing a similar result and present these to the client as a possible solution.
- Act as a focal point of contact for internal customers, ensure smooth execution of LCL/LCL and LCL/ FCL shipments
- Receive booking requests from Internal Customers and/or Routing Orders from agents and place booking with Maersk at origin or co-load
