What you’ll be doing* Process monthly payroll for Chile payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness* Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to collect, validate and submit payroll data* Maintain accurate payroll records and support documentation for audits and compliance purposes* Respond to employee questions related to payroll & payslips in a clear and professional manner* Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations,



including monthly variance analysis and internal reviews* Monitor legislative changes and coordinate with our external providers to ensure payroll remains compliant with local laws* Adhere to our team’s KPIs and SLAs* Pitching in with process improvements – we love people who say “Hey, I think this could be done simpler.” Education and Experience* 5+ years of experience working with Chile payroll with while & blue collar employees is required* Exposure to a high transaction volume and multi-task work environment* Experience in working with integral HRIS & Payroll vendor systems, Workday, CloudPay and ADP are an advantage* Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written Spanish communication skills, English is a big advantage* Strong analytical skills with an ability to detect inconsistencies in data* Ability to work with minimal supervision* Maintain confidential information when required by legal and ethical standards of professionalism to ensure privacy of employee records.
