About This Position

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Paralegal who will help us change people’s lives in Latin America and the Caribbean, supporting the Financial Markets and Products Legal Team of the Legal Department (GCL/FML).

What You’ll Do
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents related to the Financial Markets and Products Legal Division of IDB Invest and in connection with its operations. This includes issues related to domestic and international transactions, in the origination and portfolio phase, regulatory matters and strategic institutional initiatives and policies.
- Provide support to portfolio administration matters, including amendments and waivers of financing documentation.
- Work collaboratively with GCL member
