Job Description
A Sales Representative is a professional responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services to potential customers. Their main responsibility is to achieve the sales targets set by the organization and generate revenue through acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation: Identify potential customers and engage in prospecting activities such as phone calls, in-person visits,



participation in trade shows and related events, and use of digital marketing tools to generate qualified leads.
- Product/service presentation and promotion: Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of the company's products or services to potential customers. This involves conducting presentations, product demonstrations, answering questions, and overcoming objections to close sales.
- Follow-up and relationship management: Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and long-term loyalty. This includes providing post-sales support, resolving issues or complaints, and offering additional solutions or upgrades based on customer needs.
