Who you are
We're looking for an exceptional builder to join our team in Chile. This is not a traditional Growth role, Product role, or Operations role. We're searching for someone who can combine all three.
A unique profile capable of owning User Acquisition performance end-to-end while leveraging AI, automation, product thinking, and data to transform how we attract, convert, onboard, and retain gig workers at scale.
As a Product Engineer - Growth, you will be responsible for one of the most critical challenges in our marketplace: ensuring we continuously build a high-quality, scalable, and efficient supply of active workers.
What you'll own
User Acquisition Strategy and Execution
- Own acquisition performance for Chile.
- Lead user acquisition team.
- Define and execute the country's acquisition strategy across all channels.
- Manage acquisition budgets
