Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of key initiatives, while guiding the team on best engineering practices
- Develop & support .Net Core & .Net Framework REST APIs & Microservices
- Write clean & scalable code using standard software design patterns & best practices
- Mentor and develop your team, promoting continuous improvement and quality delivery




- Design & integrate third-party services into our application to support business needs
- Collaborate with multiple teams & developers to meet project deadlines
- Analyze opportunities for improvements in our application & process flow
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications & a plan for delivery

Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience as a .Net Developer or any comparable object oriented programming language
- 3+ years leading complex initiatives & core projects
- Proficiency with .Net Core, C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, & Git/Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, relational databases, & SDLC
- Experience with debugging, performance profiling, & optimization
- Ability to efficiently manage time when working on multiple tasks - working independently or together with team members
- Self-motiv
