PURPOSE:

Provide proactive legal support to new deployments area, with particular focus on telecommunications infrastructure, permitting and regulatory matters, contract drafting and negotiation, and municipal and administrative processes. The role is expected to anticipate legal and permitting risks, drive matters to resolution within required timelines, maintain accurate legal records, and support the timely deployment and operation of telecommunications sites.

FUNCTIONS:
- Proactively identify legal, regulatory, permitting, contractual and municipal risks that may affect site acquisition, deployment, construction, operation or project schedules, and propose practical mitigation actions.
- Draft, review and negotiate lease agreements, contractor and vendor agreements, real estate purchase agreements, usufruct agreements, letters of intent, amendments, settlements and other commercial or legal documents.
- Lead and support negotiations with landlords, contractors, vendors, municipalities, public authorities, external counsel and other stakeholders,



protecting PTI's contractual and commercial interests.
- Obtain, review, analyze and follow up on permits, certificates, authorizations and approvals required for telecommunications infrastructure, including municipal, environmental, construction, closing/occupancy, aviation/height and safety and other applicable approvals.
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable local, municipal and sector-specific regulations affecting telecommunications infrastructure and translate regulatory requirements into clear actions for internal teams.
- Represent and/or coordinate the Company's participation in administrative and municipal proceedings and manage interactions with competent authorities.
- Coordinate notarial, registry and public-record procedures, including registration and formalization of relevant legal documents.
