An Exciting Opportunity Exists For Someone Who Is Passionate About Crushing Industry Within The Mining Sector. This Newly Created Position Is Focused On supporting our mining cones & ERC product range. This role will have the ability to influence our future development along with working closely with both our product group & global teams.

You will become a member of the Crushing business unit, reporting to the general product line manager of mining crushers.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and customers
- Conduct site visits and support the business in converting opportunties
- Act as the subject matter expert for product performance, field applications, and value optimization.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve product designs, machine performance, and operational efficiency.
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment and components.
- Assist Procurement and Engineering with supplier qualification,



vendor development, and technical evaluations.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support R&D; projects, and contribute to product portfolio development and quality standards.
- Identifies Sales support needs for the regions including training, sales materials etc.

What You Bring
- Cone crusher technical & applications knowledge specifically in mining applications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proven success in a technical, product support, or engineering-focused role within mining, heavy industry, or industrial equipment environments.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
