About This Role

Roles & Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end CRM ecosystem: journeys, segmentation, testing frameworks, and channel orchestration
Design and scale AI-driven lifecycle strategies (predictive segmentation, personalization, send-time optimization)
Leverage AI tools and LLMs to automate workflows, accelerate testing, and generate insights at scale
Build feedback loops that continuously improve performance based on real user behavior
Turn experimentation and system insights into clear strategic direction
Lead execution excellence: QA standards, workflows, and Specialist output
Act as the clearest voice on what actually drives impact — beyond surface-level metrics.

Position Requirements

Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention
Proven track record building and scaling automated lifecycle systems
