Operating at boutique scale per expedition — we deliver one of the most exclusive travel experiences on Earth.
Our fleet is entering a new era with the 2026 debut of the Magellan Discoverer, South America's first hybrid-electric polar vessel, alongside our Explorers House private club in Punta Arenas.
As our direct channel targets a strategic revenue increase by 2028-29, we are looking for the commercial marketing leader who will architect that growth.

The Mandate This is not a pure brand role, and it is not a single-channel role either. You own the revenue target for our direct channel and are measured on it. At the same time, marketing at Antarctica21 is a shared function:



it serves our B2B partner network, our corporate affairs agenda and our sustainability narrative alongside direct demand generation.
The balance matters. Our agency network represents a fundamental pillar of our business, and the same traveller often reaches us through both routes. Growing the direct channel without eroding partner trust is the core judgement this role requires.
Growth here is also measured against longevity. We do not optimize quarter by quarter at the expense of brand equity, partner trust, or the environmental stewardship that underpins our licence to operate in Antarctica.
