As an Junior Solution Engineer at Infobip Chile, you will play a crucial role in
supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise, designing
innovative solutions, and ensuring customer success through effective product
implementation and support.





Job Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and
translate them into technical solutions.
* Provide pre-sales support, including technical presentations and
demonstrations of Infobip's product capabilities.
* Design and implement solutions, leveraging your product knowledge and
expertise in API integration.
* Develop and deliver professional presentations to explain complex technical
concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Create and maintain clear and concise technical documents, including solution
designs, implementation guides, and best practices.
* Assist customers with API integration and troubleshoot technical issues
during the implementation phase.
* Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product development
teams.
