Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our Editorial team that supports the creation and publication of content for our client’s financial indices. This role involves contributing to editing, formatting, and publishing workflows while collaborating across teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities
Copy and invasive editing for grammar, punctuation, nuanced phrasing, cohesion, flow, etc.
Structural changes and heavy edits to copy and some research can be involved
Formatting in MS Office to meet client’s style and branding requirements
Formatting charts/graphs and transferring data from Excel into Word/PPT
Publishing content and tracking workflow using platforms such as JIRA, HP PPM, Airtable, and Wordpress; sharing content on social media through platforms like Spredfast, Hootsuite, and Oktopost
Participating in promotional efforts or preparation of promotional materials, such as webinar materials, stakeholder bios, queuing content for social media or paid media promotion, etc.

Required Qualifications
Native or native-level spoken and written communication skills in English
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, linguistics, business, accounting, economics, finance, or liberal arts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
