Role
You edit real estate YouTube videos that generate leads, build trust, and drive millions in sales for our clients. Direct-to-camera, area tours, market updates, agent expertise. You take raw footage and turn it into something people actually watch to the end.

You'll work within a pod under a YouTube Manager, alongside strategists, writers, and designers. You're not working in a vacuum. You're part of a production system that ships 4 videos per client per month across 15+ clients per pod.

Edit and deliver 2 videos per week during your 60-day trial, ramping to 3+ per week once fully onboard
