SANY Chile , a integral leader in heavy machinery with more than 30 years of experience across the construction, mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors, is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team and support a strategic talent acquisition initiative.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes , from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and present shortlisted profiles to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and internal stakeholders .
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout each recruitment process.
- Coordinate job offers, documentation, and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare headcount and recruitment KPI reports .
- Support and coordinate the monthly payroll process , including attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and personnel changes.
- Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.




- Ensure compliance with applicable Chilean labor legislation related to employment and payroll.
- Handle employee and candidate information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism .

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting , or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources , with strong experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition .
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different positions and levels.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management .
- Experience supporting or coordinating payroll processes .
- Knowledge of Chilean labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with HR systems/ATS is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work on-site in Santiago, Chile .
