About the Role

Join a leading European car rental company and become part of an international customer service team in Porto, Portugal. You will support customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring a professional and seamless experience in both French and English.

Key Activities

- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and messaging.
- Assist customers with reservations and rental inquiries.
- Provide support before, during, and after vehicle rentals.
- Resolve issues related to invoices, damages, and rental agreements.
- Recommend additional services and identify sales opportunities.
- Deliver high-quality customer support while meeting service standards.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.

Requirements





- Fluent or native-level French and strong Englishskills.
- EU Citizenship or valid EU work authorizationrequired.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Center environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfortable using digital tools and multiple communication platforms.
